It's best to have articles for relevant persons and relevant documents. There are two reasons for this: 1. SEO. We can be found in google searches for both terms. 2. Encyclopaedia. Regardless of how a person tries to find the information (through people or documents), they find it.
If you send me a copy (ncat at hushmail dot com), I will see if Ipce want to host the whole thing, or put it on their documentation list.
