UNICEF, originally an acronym for the United Nations Children's Emergency Fund, they later dropped the Internationally (most likely because the United Nations already implies this) and Emergency (because they take efforts in non-emergency situations as well). So the new acronym would be UNCF but nobody uses that due to the recognition of the former.

They get involved with the government education system to promote kids to pressure strangers into donating money to their cause on Halloween.

UNICEF Japan has co-opted a Chinese popstar to advocate restrictions on free expression on games like "RapeLay" or genres like lolicon/shotacon after successfully convincing them to ban possession of CP.
