Rights of Children
Obviously, some adult rights have to be restricted for children to
protect them from possible negative consequences. But for every such
restriction it is necessary to discuss if this restriction is really
in the interest of the children.
Some of these restrictions for children are related with sex:
- The age of consent laws restrict their
right to participate in sexual activities.
- pornography laws restrict their
right to receive information.
- The process of persecution of pedosexual relations restricts the
right of privacy.
