“ILuv2Surf” is a pseudonym that Anne M. Cox has used to out paedophiles who have not broken any child sex laws. Cox lives in or around the Sacramento area of California and is founder of the Children’s Protection & Advocacy Coalition. In 2006, she was working as a freelance computer forensics consultant.
